Use this form to withdraw from your Stock Metric Lab digital-product purchase or request a refund. Complete your details, review them, then confirm your request. You do not need an account or an order number.

Withdraw from contract / request a refund

A full refund is available for any reason within 14 days of purchase, even after downloading the files. No reason is required. You may also withdraw or request a refund by emailing research@stockmetriclab.com.

We will send your submitted statement and receipt time to this address immediately after confirmation.

Include the product name and any available purchase details, such as the purchase date, checkout email, or Payhip order number. An order number is not required.

No reason is needed. Do not include card numbers, passwords, brokerage statements, or sensitive financial information.

By confirming on the next screen, you state: “I withdraw from the contract identified above and request a refund.”

The automatic acknowledgement confirms receipt. Refund handling and personal replies may take several business days. Basic operation support is available for 30 days after purchase. Your mandatory consumer rights are not limited by these periods.

We use the information you submit only to acknowledge and handle your request, identify your purchase, and keep necessary service and legal records. Requests are stored privately on this website and delivered through our existing website and email providers. No marketing subscription is created.
